Lance Caven

Lance has led technical teams in the Medical, Software Development and Oil & Gas industries. His leadership has brought results no matter the company size.
Throughout his career, he has worked on many IT projects, IT security, risk modeling, disaster recovery, virtual infrastructure, etc. Lance has led critical situation teams and acted as a vCISO (Virtual Chief Information Security Officer). Additionally, he has functioned as a HIPAA security officer for several companies and has led the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) group in an international manufacturing company.

Nikolas Caven

Nikolas Caven

Nikolas is a veteran of the US Air Force where he served as an Avionics Journeyman.

He also has extensive experience recycling, building and repairing a wide variety of PCs, Macintosh Computers and Servers, starting in 2014.

One of his other passions is Overclocking, using Liquid Nitrogen and Dry Ice to standard Air and Water cooling to get the most out of different machines.
