There are many reasons to perform risk assessments. We recommend performing them when upgrading or switching software or designing a business continuity plan. Compliance frameworks also require risk assessments.

After you perform a risk assessment, risk mitigation follows. This technique entails reducing harm and risk wherever possible in your business. For example, fastening your seatbelt when entering a vehicle is a form of risk mitigation.

Risk Assessment Methods

 There are two types of risk assessments we can help you perform: qualitative or quantitative.
A qualitative risk assessment is an approximate estimate of the risk of a single event. The forecast depends on the probability of that event happening and the impact that that event would have on your business.
A quantitative risk assessment is more specific than a qualitative one. A quantitative evaluation factors explicitly in the exact monetary values of risk. This type of assessment is ideal for anyone reporting to financial leaders.

Reporting

Reporting is the final stage of everything we do. Clients will receive a detailed Excel model sheet informing them of their assessment results.

 

Remediation Testing

Cubed Corps will review an assessment upon client request after issues are mitigated. We will ensure changes get adequately implemented and the risk is eliminated. A new evaluation will be created that reflects the more secure state of your physical security.
